Construction Plus, Inc. is a hometown family owned business. Hi, I'm Roger Osland. When I purchased this company in 1998 I did so with certain goals in mind. I wanted to operate and run CPI on Biblical Principles. CPI was purchased as an investment, but my primary goal  was to offer a quality service to those I came into contact with, at a reasonable price.

       

        I have had numerous people use CPI due to the fact that we are a one stop Contracting service. I will do the job, from start to finish so that you only have to use one contractor for your total project.
